Friendly service. Estimates always provided, and if the work takes less time than expected, the charge is adjusted downwards to save you money.

Gary Fitzjerald is the Service Manager and gives outstanding service. They're not perfect, but they try hard. If the problem is something they can't do or fix, they will tell you. If they make an error, they take responsibility and fix the problem at their cost. Whatever the warranty; parts, labor, both; they stay true to their word which is better than many places where a warranty is just a piece of paper. The place is owned by the Klapmeyer family, Ron & Ryan. Cheery Ryan is always there and his dad, Ron, is around frequently. They also give great customer service. They have several certified mechanics on staff who really know their business. For a list all of their technical certifications, you would have to ask them. They never work on anything or replace any parts without talking to you first and providing an estimate. I give them great kudos.

This is the type of place the over zealous news reporters warn you about. I had to pay a tow truck to take my car to a repair shop that would do the work I requested and only the work requested...and yes I had to pay them for a rediculous estimate for repairs that were not needed. Shame shame shame ... I'm glad that I recognized this as a mechanical engineer. Unfortunately, they did nothing illegal or I would love to have filed charges against them. Keep away!!

I love this place! The guys are always very friendly, and are so knowledgeable. They explain things in terms I can understand but are not at all condescending. I really like that they don't mind checking out little things, and they are so cost effective, yet very thorough. I had my brakes done there for over $100 less than what it would have been at my old mechanic. Their record keeping is very concise, also. Today I stopped in there to get a price quote, and they were so efficient, they were able to get the part I needed and get it onto my vehicle in an hour, and by the time I was done I had new wiper blades purchased and installed, plus a repair that was quoted elsewhere to be $65, for $49 there at Wornall Automotive. This is the best quality of parts, work, and customer service I have ever received!

I have yet to have a problem with Wornall Automotive and I have taken my car there on multiple occasions. No matter what I bring my car in for they will do a complete check up and let me know if there are any immediate or future concerns. I did not get that type of service anywhere else before, which is why I'm a repeat customer and have referred their business to multiple family and friends. Don't change a thing Wornall Automotive!
