I have vehicles that challenge the mechanic's patience, 1969 Olds 98, 1968 Pontiac Bonneville, 1988 F-150. Jerry's always takes the time to find whatever hard to locate part we need. He fixes it right the first time. The price is reasonable.

I couldn't answer the question about responding to screwups as they have never screwed anything up. Jerry is not open on Saturdays. I live in Lee's Summit, Mo and bypass numerous shops to go to Jerrys. They are totally honest and charge fair rates. I take all the family cars there and the company vehicles also. They will give a clear explanation of what your problem is and what it will take to fix it. Trust is a major factor in patronizing a garage and Jerry, Lonnie and crew have mine.

Needed a good mechanic while visiting KC area. Checked and found Jerry's. They did excellent job. They really had the opportunity to charge me much higher for a repair, but Jerry said no, he didn't think I needed a new radiator, just a complete flush would fix problem. And he was right. I highly recommend Jerry and his shop. I would go back there.

I have taken my car to Jerry's many times for repair and maintenance. My son has taken his car there too. I can remember on two separate occasions when my son and I were having car problems, went to Jerry's Auto, and were dreading to hear the estimate expecting the repairs needed would be extremely costly and maybe even more than either car was worth. At a time when we were prepared for high dollar estimates and could have been taken advantage of, we were very surprised to be told that the repairs were minor and in one case, they replaced a hose at no charge. Jerry's has always treated us with respect, honesty, and fairness.

The guys down at Jerry's are honest, hard working, friendly and competent. They only fix what's wrong and try to save money on repairs. I trust them, I like them. But, don't go there because if everyone goes there, I won't be able to get an appointment for service.

We are new to the area and were worried about finding an honest mechanic. Well, we found one in Jerry and crew. They are great! They treat us fairly, keep us informed and reduce the pain of car repair to a minimum. (Now if we can only find a dentist on the same par!)

I was having some trouble with my family's only car, and needed it fixed quickly while I was at work. Jerry was able to fit me in as soon as I called him, had the work completed in a couple of hours, and was able to catch something that a nearby franchise repair shop had completely overlooked. All that, and he charged me less than $20, when he easily could have inflated the price. No unneccessary parts replaced, no expensive tests run, just a quick and simple fix that got me back on the road. I just moved into the area and have been looking for an honest mechanic to keep me running. Now I've found one, and I'll be keeping Jerry's on my short list of mechanics I trust.
