At the time I first went to Fuller's Automotive, I had been dealing with another place in town that had worked on my in- laws cars for years. They still tried to charge me dearly for a problem they could not fix. I went to Fullers as a "walk in" (not literally). I was treated great and they got my car in very quickly even though they do a lot of business. My experience with them has lead me to continue bringing my vehicles to them when repair is needed. One time I called the dealership with a repair job, and they couldn't get me in. They told me that I should take it to Fuller's because he used to work for them and he was the best. I've not taken my vehicles any place else since then.

These guys are the best! They know the vehicles that they service inside and out and will do their best to ensure that you know your car too. The staff at Assured do a great job of getting repairs done in a reasonable amount of time, even when the car is dropped off unannounced at the last minute.

We are Eureka residents for 14 years, even had a business in town. We used Assured Auto for many repairs, but I did want to share our experiences that were 2 years old. We have 4 vehicles, one was a used car and we were told by Tim we needed to replace a steering hose that leaked. It was completed, less than $1,000 but not much. Within 2 months it failed. Daughter was out of town, so she towed it to the closest repair shop, a dealer shop. They said that the replacement part had failed, showed her where, said it appeared to them to be a mechanic installed problem. We advised Tim of it but he said nothing he could do since it had been done last year. Yes, but it was 2 months not 14 months as he felt. My ratings are based on my personal experience.
