Brian Booker is extremely honest and very competent. Many
times if something he does does not fix the problem, he
will work late or on weekends to find the problem to
correct it. He is a very good diagnostion and can
ususally determine the problem quickly.

I first went to booker automotive for a safety inspection. Its hard to explain, but even from that first interaction I felt like this was a place I could trust. In the 10+ years that I was a customer there, I always found Brian to be very honest and competent, which (particularly honestly) is very important to me and I didn't even have to pay extra to get these qualities. He was always extremely flexible with me about dropping off and picking up and many times worked evenings or weekends to get the car back to me quicker. The only time I can remember him messing up was that last time I took my car there. I had to have it towed back to the shop. He offered to pay for the tow, but I told him I had AAA, so he fixed the problem for free and refunded part of the money from the original repair to compensate me for my inconvenience. He did this knowing that I was getting ready to move and would probably not be a returning customer. He just felt like it was the right thing to do. Shorty after that I moved away from Blue Springs. That was over 7 years ago and I still haven't been able to find a mechanic close to me that I trust as well as him. Every time I need to take my car somewhere I still consider just making the drive down to Blue Springs again even though it would be almost 1 1/2 hours each way. I still recommend him to anyone I know in the Blue Springs area and everyone I know that has tried him has always been happy with him.
I said in this review profile that I was an unbiased customer, which is true. I didn't know anyone there before I started taking my cars there. But after so many years of excellent service and Brian going out of his way so many times to help me out, its hard not to be biased.
