Jeff (the owner) and the mechanics and staff at Gordie's have always been helpful, fair, honest, and speedy. I've had several cars worked on there over several years, and they've always been great. Local college students bring in their heaps with all manner of troubles, and Gordie's helps them keep them on the road with maximum safety and minimum cost.

I've brought my disobedient Mountaineer here more times than I care to admit. These guys always fix what needs to be fixed and are willing to offer advice on those things that may not need to be fixed yet. Great guys, great service.

In 2005, I was on cloud 9, falling in love with my now husband. I went to the gas station to fill up my Corolla, but the first pump was out-of-order. So I pulled up to the next pump. Well as I was so distracted thinking about my new beau, I didn't notice it was Diesel fuel that I filled the tank with. I drove about 2 miles down the highway before the car putt, putted to a stop. I called my beau for a ride home and Gordies for a tow. They asked what I was doing right before--filling up the tank and they guessed it--diesel. So they cleaned the tank, gas pump and the engine. And my Corolla is still running today, almost 9 years later. And I'm still with my beau.
