I've been taking my Toyota to Jack for 5 years for oil changes, tire rotations, & small repairs. He and his staff are always friendly and nice and explain things clearly. He's been trying to get me to do something major for a while, but when I say "if it isn't going to kill me I'm not going to do it" he's given me an alternative. When I had a problem a specialized shop would fix better, he sent me there w/no charge. When I called him with fears about a possible problem he answered calmly and thoroughly - again at no profit to him. I definitely need to take Jack and his staff some brownies - what a great shop!! Give him your business!

My air conditioner quit. Got one estimate of $1000. Brought it to Pair of Jacks and they went the extra mile to find a TSB on the exact problem. They talked to the Honda dealer, and the dealer will fix the problem at no charge. Saved me $1000. Imagine that!
