I had my car towed by triple A!! They verbally quoted my husband one price I was stuck paying another. Then I came back and said you never took 10% off for triple A. They only took it off parts not all of the price. I take the car and lose power steering. I call them they say it will take a while to get me! Really?! So he says if you can drive it here do so! I did! Get there inside was dry. He touches under car dry... Hmm well if I lost power steering after three hours and I just picked up the car why is it dry? Hmm no power steering fluid. Gives me rental I leave. He calls me 2:43 next day cars ready broken line- he says don't know how they didn't see it. They've been driving car around trying to bleed lines. Come get car and you will have to finish bleeding it out! But... What happens if it doesn't bleed? It will! Ok... I need to call my husband! Well I need to let them know about rental car! Well I need to call my husband! Well I phoned a friend! He says you don't finish bleeding out your own lines..also you want a new steering pump since you drove around with no fluid. Ok I call him back... He wasn't happy... Complains he has to pay for rental for weekend and hangs up on me!!! Monday I get call cars ready! Hmmm by 1 and the first time it took you a week sec time less then a half day! I call BS that they put new one in... I go get car. Turn steering wheel to right. Making noise then to left noise. Hold lightly steering wheel and it starts bouncing in my hand!!!! He tells me don't turn wheel that far to right! Power steering wheel will makes noises it's new pump! Tells me bouncing wheel new problem!!! What?!?! No!!! I don't think so! I need to turn my wheel all the way to get out of spot! Sound wasn't there when I picked up car first time and steering wheel wasn't bouncing. Fine, fine I'll put in another pump! I'll put in another rebuilt pump.. So I'm talking to my son... He says did you hear what he said? No! What? He put rebuilt in! No! Um I call my husband. Do you know about rebuilt? No!!! What are you talking about!!! Guy comes out. I confront him. He says how would you know you weren't here. I said my husband is on phone now!!!!! My husband said they had delay ordering part that's it. Well I checked my first reciept and does it say rebuilt? No!!!!!!!! But before that he said I don't know how you think for that price you would get a new one... This guy has hung up on me talked rude to me and now thinks I'm sales!!! I said now I'm a mechanic? Ten mins ago you told me I wasn't! How the heck would I know new price or rebuilt!!!! I took the rental keys from him said fix it the right way!!!! I left! Went home called triple A called auto zone questioned prices... Then I realized I wasn't worth remanufactured. I got rebuilt pfft!!! I called the shop back and said listed... You didn't give me new what did you give me they said rebuilt. I said how come not remanufactured he said it's the same thing! I said really?! No! I said you tried to scam me by making me believe I was getting new but in reality you were giving me used!!! I said at your cost I want new and to see reciept! He agreed... I went to get car we once again had words!!!! I said you tried to scam the wrong girl!!! How many other people have you done this to!!!! I reported you to triple A now social media!!!! You scammed me but you got the wrong girl... They thought they could talk rudely to me,but no!!!! Ask to see all boxes that your parts come out of!!!!

I have used Autoworks for about 10 years and recommend them to all my friends and family members. They have all been very pleased with the price, service, and quality of work. The staff have always explained the problem, possible solutions, and cost of the repair. The repair has always been done in a timely manner. Unnecessary repairs are never suggested and they will inform you if you can delay a repair to a later date. The price is always the same as the quote and if a problem arrises they make time and correct it immediately at no additional cost. I have prior mechanical experience and strongly recommend Autoworks.
