Eric actually manages the shop, and there are several mechanics working with him. Each time any of my vehicles have been serviced there I have found the same level of competence and courtesy. Prior to completing repairs, they explain what is needed and any options you may have. Although located in Wyoming, Michigan, the shop is accessible to Kentwood and Grand Rapids as well. Although their hours are a little inconvenient, it is worth it.

Eric of Ervines has been our mechanic since before he owned Ervines, we had such great treatment from him that we followed him there. We have recived honest and convient service on all the cars that we have brought there.

These guys have been working on my vehicles for years. I can not recommend them enough. They have free loaner cars and that makes life so much easier. It's always the same, nice, clean guys in there every time I bring my cars in. I hope they get more buisness from this because they deserve it.

I can't help but recommend these guys. They fixed a car that I had in three shops before and no one could repair. They gave me a loaner at no charge while they fixed it.

The first time that I used Ervine's Auto Repair was after I screwed something up while replacing the battery in my car (probably connected it backwards, but I *SWEAR* I checked it three times before I connected it!) It was a Sunday, and I was completely floored when a real human being answered the phone! I was able to get an appointment for the next day, and Ervine's had it in the shop, diagnosed, and fixed by lunchtime. Ervine's is also very responsive to email, which is a big plus for me because it is easier to email during the day than to make phone calls. Another thing that keeps me going back there is that when I walk in the door, they remember me. I'm not just some anonymous customer of a huge chain store. Finally, the really big thing for me is that they will point out things that could be repaired, but they will also tell me honestly which ones are important and which can be left for another time (or skipped completely.)
