Mike and the staff have always been honest, prompt and done quality work. When there have been issues, they've accepted responsibility and made it right. When I've need reccomedations for other service work, Mike has always referred me to reliable providers.

Mike and his coworkers are always honest, straightforward and easy to work with. They bend over backwards to accommodate us when our vehicle needs repairs, including providing rides. They have always found and fixed our mechanical problems the first time. We appreciate the peace of mind that their repairs and advice provide us.

My wife & I have found that Mike and the staff of Good News have always done excellent work on the vehicles that we've had them analyze and, if needed, repair. Their explanation of the necessary work has been clear and fully explained. The work done has been done promptly. Others that we have recommended to Good News have also been satisfied to the extent they have 'moved' there vehicle maintenance to Good News.

Felt like I was involved in a bait and switch transaction. Lower diagnostic price than other repair shops in town but they gouged me on the cost of the necessary part. Comments from owner were condescending and implausible. Why should the cost of operating the shop, paying employees and the use of the shops tools be included in the price of a part. Aren't those part of labor charges? I would not recommend this business and will not take my vehicle there again.

Myy car is making a noisy and a rattle and grinding. I need to find out what it is. I was informed they could do this for $41.95. This seemed awrsome. I explained to them what I had done already to try and fix it. I'm not a mechinac.I'm a mom. When I told the owner I had done a repair he started raising his voice and being rude. He then said it was going to be $91 to tell me what was wrong because I was just going to go homr and have my husband fix it! I infomred him how rude he was and was leaving and that I didn't appreciate him raosing his voice. Also that I NOT my husband did things on the car.
