When Scott owned this place it was awesome. Now that Mark owns it, it's terrible. Mark is a good mechanic and does get things done in a timely manner, however he does not know how to run a business and does not treat his customers with respect at all, which in my opinion is more important than anything. My roomate has taken her car there a few times over the past year couple years. A couple weeks ago she took it in because it was stalling. He replaced a sensor and that did correct the problem. He said she would need to get her ABS sensor replaced as well before it started snowing otherwise she would be sliding all over the place because she would have no traction (quoted her at $200.) When I dropped it off for her a couple weeks later so he could replace the ABS sensor, the last record he had for her taking her car there was a year ago. He replaced the ABS sensor within 1 business day and when she went to go pick it up she brought her receipt from a couple weeks prior when it was there because it was stalling. He had no explanation as to why that record was not in his computer. He blamed it on me (who had dropped it off) saying I was a moron and that it must have been in someone elses name (he wouldn't say whose name it was in). Mind you the receipt cleary stated her name, phone number, etc with everything spelled/typed correctly. In other words he was quick to blame everything on anyone but himself and was completely unprofessional. He went on to brag about how he has a PHD in mechanics and that his mom was rich and he inheritied all her money when she died. He also charged her $50 more because of his claim that she was never there a couple weeks prior or that "it must have been in someone elses name" and that he never would have told her $200. The guy is a joke and has an ego the size of earth. I would not reccommend taking your car here, but if you must make sure you get and keep your receipt.
