The mechanic Ryan is great. I'm happy with the work the shop does. They do exactly the work required, offer less expensive options when it is appropriate and get it right the first time. A couple of times I've taken my cars in with no idea what is wrong, and Fischer's figures it out fast. We had a problem with a minivan that was surging, and the mechanic there figured out that it was a pressure switch in the power steering that overcompensated the idle speed. Ryan spent several minutes explaining this to my wife, and fixed the problem very reasonably and FAST! I've been to this garage 5 times now, and every time I'm really pleased with the outcome. They are near Beaumont Hospital, so public transportation is about as good as it gets in the Detroit area.

This is the best shop I've ever taken a vehicle to. Extremely honest and fair. Ryan explains the problem and gives options for the repair depending on your vehicles condition and how you drive it. They were very helpful in the past when I needed an emergency repair to get our vacation started on time. They are the best!
