I was referred to Kendall's by my husband's coworkers. They have been happy with the service. I've only been there once but I am already impressed. The work was done on time and under original estimate. The work was done to my brother's car, he lives 80 miles away, but the car broke while he was here. My brother had monkeyed with the glove box while attempting to fix the car himself and had not reassembled it, so the glove box light was inadvertently left lit. The mechanic did not notice this, and I don't blame him. But as a result the battery was dead when I came to pick up the car two days after the service was completed. They didn't want me to leave without fully charging the battery so they put in a new one for a loaner so I could get going and I returned later for my brother's battery. I've got a good feeling about returning here for work on my own vehicles.

Kendalls has earned my trust. Prices are a little on the high side,(what mechanic isn't?) but they usually get it fixed the first time. My only critisism is that it sometimes takes 2 or 3 days to get my vehicle in to have it worked on.(which can pose a prblem when you need your car) Most 'good mechanics' are usually very busy though, so I guess this says something about their other customers satisfaction.

Have used their services for a number of years. Have always been happy with their service - The once offered to get (and got) a used part for a car that we did not want to put a lot of money into. What dealership would do that?! They recommend additional services that may help you - and let you know what services would not help you. Most dealerships would simply say "That needed to be fixed", where Kendel would say "You could fix that if you REALLY wanted to, but its not important.."

We have been going to this shop for over 6 years. Excellent service, friendly, honest and explains the situation well, patiently when I need repetition or when I ask them to explain it to my husband also. We have a Toyota 4runner and Honda Civic (Honda Accord before that). We just moved from Portage and I miss being to call them up, explain the problem, and knowing that when I bring the car in, it will be taken cared of.
