They're great.

They generally get the requested work done in a timely manner.
You will pay top dollar for their service and generally get
a good result. Not recommended for transmission problems.

Stopped going to them after they pointed out my wheel locks were chewed up and I needed to get a new one. They were the only ones rotating my tires and had chewed it up after 4 rotations. Obviously not using a hand wrench to torque them to spec.
