As a single female, going into an "AUTO REPAIR SHOP" can be a traumatic experience. I've used this shop for years and all the personell have always treated me with courtesy and respect. Many times I've entered believing I had a serious problem, prepared for a major expense, only to be informed that the difficulty was minor and easily (and inexpensively) repaired. I have recommended this shop to many friends and all have had the same great service. The one and only time I had a problem, they responded to my satisfaction (not an easy task). I have trusted my vehicles to this shop for years and feel very comfortable recommending them to others. Happy Driving!
