Great group of guys! We have six cars in the family, they've worked on all of the (some more than others) and we've never been happier with a group of mechanics. Done everything from oil changes to engine replacement!

Repaired an anti-lock brake problem the first time they worked on the car after two other service shops botched the job.... and they got me the parts free when I showed them the invoices from the other shops. The parts (bearing assemblies) had been installed incorrectly in one case; in the second case the mechanic did not properly clean the area where the bearing assembly fit.

I purchased some tires & brake parts online from Tire Rack, and selected Precision Auto as my installer based on the reviews there. I was not disappointed. I spoke with Gary, who was very knowledgable and happy to discuss the issues with my car. It turned out the brake parts did not fit my car, and they let me know quickly so I could start the process of returning them. It also turned out there were several issues with my car's suspension (it's over 140,000 miles, so not unexpected) and Gary was up front and honest about it with me. The cost of repairs was reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The best part was that I dropped off the car Thursday around Noon, and the guys got my car done before the holiday weekend. Considering they replaced the rear brakes, the front struts and rear shocks, mounted four new tires, replaced the sway links and sway bar bushings, did a four-wheel alignment and an oil change, I'd say that's pretty darn good. Just as impressive was the way Gary informed me about the work that didn't need to be done and what could wait. I thought the front brakes needed to be replaced as well, but he told me they were still good. Gary was also up front about the fact that they could hear some noise from the rear suspension now that the front was all quiet again, but that I could wait and see if it is an urgent issue. I will definitely be going back again.
