They have always been honest and competent. They have not charged me anything on a couple of occasions when the repair was minor. I believe they work on cars because they like too not just to make money. Highly recommended.

This place is very trustworthy. My husband and I have taken our cars to them for over 7 years. Sometimes we think there is a problem with our cars and they find out it is something very simple and they don't charge if they only had to do something very small. However, this is not a cheap place but they are honest and they do it right the first time and if for some reason something goes wrong after they've repaired it they take responsability and repair it again free. This has been our experience.

Jack is always happy to stop what he is working on to answer a question or make a quick cost free repair.

We've been going to Jack Furr since the early 1970's. He has had very littel turn-over in his people, and some have been with him for 30+ years. This is not an impressive shop, but the people are. I've sent many new neighbors to him over the years, and most are still with him. The primary care doctor for you vehicle. If they feel they cannot competently address a need, he'll refer yo to those who can. For esample, they don't do alighnments, but he'll refer you to a couple of rec'd. options. Jim Heaton

The manner in which Jack Furr, et al, treat all customers with dignity and respect, regardless of race gender or ethinic origin is commendable. We've been devoted customers for 34 yr.

I have been taking my cars to Furr for more close to 30 years. I have never had a problem with any aspect of thier service. They are honest and fix it right the first time. I never take my car to anyone else except for warranty service.

I have taken my cars there for years and Jack and Steve always tell me exactly what's wrong, exactly what it will cost and whether or not I should get it fixed immediately. In fact, one time Steve told me he wouldn't fix something becuase it was under warranty and the dealer should fix it!! It saved me a lot of money.

This shop was recommended to me when Rob sold Mortons. They aren't high class or elite but they do good solid work at a fair price and they are HONEST. I wouldn't hesitate to take any auto I owned to them.
