Replaced a main belt ( said it was worn)(and was doing related repairs) so I took their word for it. Couple weeks later I looked under the hood; the main belts is practically shredded. They insisted nothing was done wrong; that it was the tension ? that caused the shredding; my beef is: it was not doing that with the main belt BEFORE he replaced the belt the first time. I've been in several times with a problem; they always say: "Well, the first thing we do is..." So far, no help for the problem.

I was in a car accident and had them tow it approximately half a mile and that cost me $130. After that I asked for a review which took over a week for them to perform. When I finall got the review I came in and got my car for them but only to find out that they charge $30 a day for it to be stored there. My bill came out to 500 just to have it sit on their property. I even asked the tow truck driver how much it was for them to tow and for storage the man said "I'm not sure". He shrugged and got in his truck and drove off. The manager was rude and disrespectful to me and would not hear what I was trying to tell him. He finally bumped the price down to a whole $325. This is still an insane amount to pay just for them to give me and estimate and tow it a half a mile. I am completely down with this company. They were rude and tried to get money out of me just for it to sit there! I would not recommend this auto shop to anyone.

Our close friend was in a car accident on Monday feb 1 2016 Was at hospital all day with them. When I left I ran to take pics of the accident site and the car for her. The man came out saying whose car. Then said who are u to him. Then said u can't take any pics . They will have to come out themselves..... Sadly he is in nicu and was doing her a favor. But what beats all he told me untruths. Saying looks like vehicle rolled saying we couldn't tell what happened by looking at car.said the car was reLly messed up looks like it probably even rolled. But she went in on Tuesday morning he asked for her lisence before she could take pics. Funny thing is police said he hit tree and when u see car u can tell that exactly where it hit . U can tell it did not roll so u lied to me . Maybe there are people who scam others but that was not the case and is not the case . But after reading reviews robin needs to get towed fast before u charge her some exorbitant amount. I would not ever deal with this place. The officer said there was no reason u should not have let me take pics for her. Beware when anything serious happens. They are not trustworthy or someone I would want to deal with . Poor customer service. Which is sad. U should have a good reputation but to lie to me on top of it . WRONG !!!!!
