I had trouble with their work on 2 occasions out of the 15 or more times they have done work for me. Both times they took care of it. They are honest enought to reffer me to the dealer when it somthing they can't guarantee they can fix. One of the troubles was with a CV joint they replaced 2 weeks before, I was in the middle of a 600 mile trip when the new one went bad. After an examination of the CV he wrote a refund check on the spot. What more can you ask for?

As A Single Female I moved to the neighbor several years ago and everyone I asked told me about this family owned repair shop that was fair and honest. After 20 visits or so I have been totally happy with there services and reccomend to ANYONE. Dave the owner is so nice that a couple of times he has done small repairs at no charge. One time he even came in on a sunday so I could get my car. He uses the hands on approach, and in no way what I have seen would they ever be dishonest. We need more quality people like him. I give this shop an A+ all the way. Please give westborn auto a chance to earn your business you wont be sorry. Katie Masterson

Customer service is not great. Owner is rude, gruff and doesn't like when you point out issues. Doesn't appear to take care of customers or employees very well. I had a horrible experience with Dave, the owner. I would never take my car back.
