Shep will provide a loaner he he still has one on the lot. He is very bright, honest, and caring to a fault! At times it can take 4 or more weeks to get a car in to him (he has a constant long waiting list). Sometimes he has to refuse new customers. Very fair pricing. He only works on foreign cars. A scholar and a gentleman. I sure wish there were many more like Shep.

John is just the best at what he does and you are lucky if you become his
client--there is always a waiting list for appointments. My husband and I
have taken our cars to him since 1985: Volvo, Toyota Van, Subaru, Saab,
Nissan Pathfinder... He is more than honest, utterly dependable, able to
explain things clearly and always takes the time to do so. He has talked us
through emergency measures when we've broken down on the road, can
estimate how long a part or repair is likely to last and never lets you drive
away un-safe. The opportunity to praise him to a wider audience just
chokes me up, because he is so modest despite being the zen master of car
knowledge and a totally admirable person besides.
