These guys are bull-%#$@'s. We had purchased Dunlop tires (not my 1st choice but they didn't have Michelin) for our minivan. My wife brings the vehicle in to have the tires rotated. No problems with the car - no abnormal tire wear, no front end issues, no brake issues. They do the rotation but warn her that the rear brakes are "dangerously" low and need to be replaced. She didn't even bother to call me and just told them she'd let her husband know. I took the car over to our usual, trusted mechanic who tells me that the brakes are fine and that there is more than 50% left on the rear pads. Stay away from these guys. If you must buy tires there, ignore any of their repair "warnings" and go to someplace trustworthy.
