Very pleased with the service overall. Prices are competitive/reasonable. The only problem that I ever had is with something that they had to let someone else do (front end alignment) as part of a repair job that they did....had a flat the next day and was unable to get the wheel off due to crossed threads caused person who did alignment. Charles should have picked up the towing bill but didn't ... also had to find my own way home. Other than that, it's a great place to bring your car!!!

My dad has been going to Charles Automotive for well over 15 years now. They are extremely honest, reliable, and timely. When I went away for college in another state a Toyota dealership tried to charge me over $800 for a fix that was much more minor and Charles Automotive fixed for less than $300 (well worth the 4 hour drive). Even though I'm about 900 miles away they are still the ones I call for advice.
