Joe, Rick and the whole team are very professional and do excellent work. My wife and I have used them now for 15 years, starting with our 1995 Trooper, then an Audi, a 1999 Bug, 2008 Highlander and now my 2009 Mini. They only do what needs to be done, and keep track of all repairs and pending issues. They stand behind their work. Onc,e when a new AC compressor went bad after about 10 months, they went to bat with VW and got us a replacement at no charge, and they did the work for free. Good shop all the way around.

I asked these folks to replace an alternator and belts. They basically charged me for 3 hours labor for a job I've done in the past in 1 1/2 hours myself...$453.19, and I supplied the new alternator! The two mechanics I normally use both told me that they would charge me an hour labor for the same job. In retrospect I should've just had the vehicle towed to my guys. I feel like Glen Echo Exxon really soaked me- I will NEVER EVER use them again!
