It's clear that Jeff never stumbled into mechanics; this is
his love and his pride, which I appreciate immensely. His
shop is always in tip-top shape when I come in, and he is
always ready to explain exactly what is wrong with my car
and how he plans on fixing it. Don't be fooled by other
mechanics who have gotten the label: Jeff is a professional,
which technical expertise and integrity. I know people who
have worked for him and can only speak highly of him.

I have had multiple encounters with Jeff which have all been
exceptional experiences. He is very honest, timely, and does
high-quality guaranteed work. I valued his work so much that
since I have moved away I have still called him for advice,
which he graciously provides. As mentioned above, his shop
is meticulous. Bottom line is that Jeff is a very talented
mechanic who always has the customer's interest in mind.

They did a great job fixing my car. They took time to
explain what was wrong and discuss with me the options for
how to fix it.

Used to get work done by a guy who was almost like family,
ignoring all the good news I heard about this guy.
Eventually, I found out the place I used to go to was doing
a bit more than nickel and diming me. I recently saved over $300
going to Jeff's shop. The one reviewer here better get his or her head checked, because I have shopped around, and Sisson's was the
cheapest even before trying to offer a better deal. Just
because Jeff offers you a package deal to help you get more
work done for less doesn't mean he refuses to work on the
car otherwise. Heck, the guy runs a business and is trying
to give the best service possible to customers!

Jeff explains everything in detailed, yet understandable language and has only
recommended work that was truly needed. A great shop!

If you ask Jeff a question, he will answer you absolutely
honestly point-blank. If you ask no questions, he will quickly
gloss over generally what's going on. But, don't confuse this
with it being cheaper. He absolutely charges more for the same
jobs as many other places. I suspect it's because the work he
does is more thorough. If you are inclined to distrust him,
his prices and quickness will set off all sorts of red flags.
He's not lying, but he isn't giving you a deal either. He is a
car lover's best mechanic, and if you know jack and are
trusting, he will keep you running smooth for a long
time...minus some of your wallet.

Jeffrey Millman is the BEST mechanic I know. I've taken my cars to him for over
20 years. I wouldn't trust another guy with my wheels. I have emotional
relationships with my cars; I depend on them to get me where I'm going -
whenever I need to get going. So it is his job to ensure they function properly. The
Garage Mahal is the place to go in Baltimore!
