Honest and ready to explain all repairs and work. Very friendly and warm. Owner and son are in the office at all times and are available for questions, and very competent mechanics do the work. I am a bit biased , because I have known the owner and his family for 40 years, and they live in my neighborhood. Most of the repair business comes from his local neighbors and friends. If he screwed up, we all would hear about it!
