Jim was helpful and knowledgeable about the problem with my car. HHe also did not do work that I didn't need. A dealer would only sell me a combination of parts, but Jim told me I didn't need all of those pieces to correct the problem. He ordered one part and fixed the issue for much less than the dealer had quoted.
