Fuzzy's a great marketeer, all your info's on file and available in a jiffy, remembers your name, telephones when it's time for a tuneup, knows how to give that warm feeling: ol' Fuzz is gonna' take good care o' you! He especially knows how to market/sell to women. But be sure to bring a nice, fat checkbook: all that feelgood stuff goes for a premium price. Just my experience.

Without doubt, they charge for everything -- even road testing the vehicle. Shouldn't this be part of the evaluation? It has been for the 30 years I've been getting my cars repaired.

The did a good job fixing the jeep but were significantly more expensive then the new car dealer. So good work but make sure you pull out your wallet. I have to admit I will go to new car dealer next time just to save a little money.

This is my first time going to the shop and they were so helpful and curious. I will come again and I will recommend also. Thanks, Happy Holidays
