After nearly eight years of experiencing the service from Ed
Owen and many of the great mechanics he has on his team,
Strongly Agree is the only rating that is accurate. If you
own a Mercedes-Benz and love your car, European Auto
Solutions has been a wonderful place for Mercedes service.
Ed and several of his current team at EAS worked for one of
the premier Mercedes-Benz specialist shops, Hatch and Sons,
for a number of years.
Hatch and Sons reputation for having expert technicians,
thorough knowledge of Mercedes Benz models going back
decades, a stream of winning car show entries and highly
customer responsive service, was well known. That is where
I first met Ed and several of the mechanics now at EAS.
When Hatch and Sons was sold, Ed connected with a customer
and several of the best mechanics who together invested in a
new shop that could build on that work.
EAS has been doing exactly that for several years now and
their consistent quality workmanship and fair pricing builds
my respect for them each time.
Mercedes are built with high quality components and with the
quality comes the cost of quality. But in the world of
Mercedes repair, these guys deliver genuine value. Because
they also really love these cars, they treat you and your
car with intelligence and respect.
Do they fix the car correctly every time? Over the last
eight years experiencing the work of many of those same
mechanics, I am pretty close to 99% first time. I only
remember having to come back once to correct an elusive
problem and there was never a question that they stood
behind the work they did.
What you see when you have your MB serviced is a clean shop
and a highly productive team that supports each other in
making things right. If needed,I can arrange for one of
their mature MB loaner cars at no extra cost.
They also work with you to prioritize repairs, especially
with more vintage cars that may need multiple wounds healed
to bring them back to glory.
I never look forward to fixing any of our cars, but I know
if I need my Mercedes repaired, I have good people I can
trust, who happen to be some of the sharpest specialty
mechanics in the business.

These are universally held to be the best independent Mercedes mechanics in the greater Boston area. They work on our under-warranty 2009 and our 2001. You know they're THE place because the lot is always is filled with Mercedes models from 1960 to current. The prices are reasonable. The facility is clean with plenty of room and amenities if you wait. They also have loaners. You won't get the valet in the white lab coat, but then you don't pay for that overhead either. Check their website for their new location on Main Street in Waltham. No longer Moody Street.
