I called Pat from New Hampshire last month when one of my emergency lights came on. He explained what it was and reassured me that it would be fine to drive home. (It was.) Pat is very responsive and always calls when the work is done or if something unusual arises.

I brought my Acura Integra in to have an alternator replaced. We just moved here from Denver CO, and I needed my car functioning asap. Given the fact that we were new to the community and had no prior experience with any garages in the area, I turned to the cartalk website and found Pat's contact information. Pat was very courteous to us, the work was completed in the estimated amount of time, and I was able to pick up my car after hours with no hassles. Thanks for getting us back on the road!

I've been using Pat Bond for years for work on a number of BMWs and Volvos. Pat's courteous and friendly, and he always calls before he performs any work not previously discussed. He'll take his time in thoroughly answering any questions, whether in person or on the phone. His work is neat and meticulous (All cars are returned to their owners with plastic seat covers and paper floormats). Most importantly, Pat and his crew get things right the first time. I'd enthusiastically recommend Sudbury Automotive to anyone looking for a shop that truly cares about it's customers and their cars.

Pat is courteous, businesslike and always calls with the full diagnosis and amount of repairs before doing the work.

They saved me $500 by not doing a repair! I brought in a Neon with a cracked head gasket that was past the 36 month warrantee, but only had 22,000 miles on it. They told me to complain and make the manufacturer repair it because it shouldn't happen with so few miles. Sure enough, Dodge took care of it. When I have had work done, they always have had loaners and been excellent at explaining everything.
