Tim is just insanely easy to work with. There have been a couple of times when a repair took longer than he'd anticipated and he bent over backwards to accommodate me. He's especially good at triage and letting you know when money is an issue what needs to be fixed now and what can be put off and for how long.

Tim & Gary continue to serve me and my wife more like friends and valued customers than the non-mechanical parents who need their car fixed that we are. No boat payments are being made through our ignorance... They run a great shop which we will frequent for as long as it remains open!

My wife and I have been coming here for years. We've never had any sort of problems. Tim always explains what we need and what we don't. I think this is one of the few shops that offers to give you back the parts that were replaced so that you can see for yourself. We will continue to be loyal customers.

Tim is extremely nice, and highly competent. He has a standing order from me - one I never though I could give a mechanic - fix what you find. You don't need my approval, because I trust you. He takes time to explain things, and has helped save me time and money. He emphasizes preventative maintenance, which has helped me save hundreds on brake jobs and the like. He has sent me to specialists who have been equally capable. I trust him with my car, and my wallet.

I moved here eight years ago and freaked about finding a mechanic who would treat me right, given that I'm a single female who knows nothing about cars. I had a brake issue and took it to another shop that told me I needed a whole brake job, including calipers. Someone at work recommended I get a second opinion from Tim at Tyre Track, which I did. He told me I just needed brake pads, did the work, and charged me according. I have been using Tyre Track for all my automotive needs ever since with excellent, honest results. Just this week my car was leaking oil so I had it towed in. They did all the diagnostic testing and couldn't find a leak. Tim instructed me to keep a close eye on the car and bring it in frequently so they can check the oil and only charged me for the new oil. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else as I know I'm in honest, competent hands at Tyre Trak.
