If they tell you something needs repair, don't ignore their suggestions. They don't need the addition work. They are looking out for the customer's safety. Once we put-off doing something they suggested, later we learned from another source that we took a big risk and had a big repair bill.

Competent mechanics. Rarely a problem with their work; if there is then they make it right. Biggest issue is cost. They bill by actual T&M, so cost can exceed estimates if there are unforeseen problems. They are a busy shop and do a lot of volume; they arent too inclined to try to save money by trying to find used parts where that makes sense (as in for big metal parts like drive shafts) - they want to turn the job around quick. They will give you a ride home, which is important in Pepperell with no public transport. They close promptly on time, so dont be late!

I recently moved to the area and went to Auto Clinic based on some feedback from other websites. They have always fit me into schedule and gave me sound advice. They alos know I do a bunch of my own work suggested I look at a couple of things (leaking light lens) before next inspection sticker.
