These guys are great! They are a new shop but have many years of experience and will do performance related work as well as everyday auto repairs. They are even going to put in a chassis dynamometer! Scott, Jamie and Ron will take care of you and your car.

I went to FastTrack prior to purchasing a used 2003 Honda Civic. Since I am clueless about anything under the hood I felt it wise to have it looked over before completing the purchase. The $40 I paid to have it inspected saved me hundreds. The car's rear tires were old, the brake rotors were old (only new pads were put on), there was a small crack in the windshield, and the oil was low. FastTrack also informed me of potential work that would be needed within the next 10-20K. This enabled me to negotiate with the private dealer instead of paying for all these extras on my own. Many thanks FastTrack!

Excellent service for my Nissan Pathfinder: Brakes, tune up, electrical repairs all done in a professional and timely manner. They offered me a loaner car overnight and were responsive to my needs when I stopped by with a loose wheel bearing at 6PM- Very honest as well- I recommend this shop highly- especially if you need performance suspension advice.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: They are friendly; they listen - and ride along to understand the problem the car is having; they took me to and from work - free of charge; they are kind and respectful; very helpful. WAITING ROOM: Family friendly; spacious; clean; comfortable seating; children's toys; television; wide variety of reading material; refreshments; near restauraunts (e.g. Capone's & Subway). HONESTY: I checked the engine code prior to taking the car in. It was for the Oxegyn sensor. They diagnosed the problem correctly. They easily could have replaced both O2 sensors and I never would have known, but they only replaced one, which saved me hundreds. $PRICE$: They quoted me the same price as Auto Zone and Advance Auto. I requested a less expensive part, and they researched it and got me a less expensive part. TIME: They are very busy, and sometimes get backed up, but also very responsive. They make sure I get my car by the time I need it.

I stopped in the other day because I heard something dragging under the car. Though they were busy, they dropped me off at work, removed the dragging part, told me what was wrong with it, did NOT recommend an expensive repair, picked me up from work, and gave me back my car good as new free of charge.

When I first brought my car to this shop they performed the requested tasks well and in a timely manor. I has quite pleased and told friends of the great work the shop did. So, I brought my car back to them the second time for some more repair work. Wow! What a mistake. It was there for more than three weeks. Now, granted, some of that time, a week, was spent waiting for a part to be delivered, but once it arrived my car kept being pushed farther and farther back on the schedule with no explanation other than Jamie or Scott(Shop owners)told him to work on some other car. After more than the three weeks it took them to perform 5.5 hours of labor the car was ready for pick up. I paid and as I was leaving the owner, Jamie, followed me out the door and informed me that they no longer would work on my car. I said thanks, I'll let my friends know how you treat customers at which point Jamie said "I doubt you have any friends" Wow! talk about customer service. I'll never return and I will inform my friends of the lousy treatment. I was regularly told by the mechanic that
