Very good evaluations of any problems, options given as far as repairs, estimates right on the money. No pressure, really know toyotas, much more reasonable than any dealer in area.

Nauset Auto is simply the best for car repair and pre-owned car purchases. We have been a customer for over 15 years and have complete faith in their service department and their sales inventory. Besides that, Russ and his crew are very professional in dealing with customers' concerns. Anyone on the Lower Cape (or elsewhere) should go to Nauset Auto in Orleans.

Have dealt with Russ for over 20 years and he has always been reliable and I trust him to do whatever is needed to repair my car. His charges are reasonable and the work is done when he says it will be.

When I first moved to the Cape, one of the things that concerned me was whether I would be able to find a good mechanic. After a few bad experiences, our family found Nauset Auto and we have never looked for another because they are just wonderful.

Russ and his guys are very, very good. We've been going there for about 15 years and we happily recommend him to all. It's nice to be able to trust someone, and especially with your (and your kids') cars.
