I believe they are compotent in assessing problems which exist and fixing what is needed to make things safe. I received a good explanation of the work which would be performed on my '95 VW Passat and it seemed that the job was done right. Their focus was on addressing my concerns and trying not to break the bank on achieving necessary front end and brake work. I spent a good amount of money on repairs but I felt pretty confident that the work was done right.
