I've only visited Ken once, but the reviews I had heard fit him to a "t". He is honest, provides clear explanations, and tries to get away with the least-expensive solution. Can you imagine? I'm going to keep my 150k Toyota for as long as Ken can work on it.

What I like most about Ken is his motto "The customer decides how much he/she wants to pay". We have mostly used Ken for tune ups on our Toyotas, and he'll always give us a time frame for repairs, eg "those brakes are going to need to be done in about 6 months". That gives us time to put that money aside. I think he had to keep a car more than a day only once. He's great.

I used Ken's Haus since 1986. During that time, I have had volvoes, toyotas, chrysler concorde, and ford f150 pickups serviced. Ken is like having a physician who is a great diagnostician. Regarding volvos, he is an expert and a walking encyclopedia of information. His work like his shop and personal appearence is impeccable. I even bring my brother's volvo(lives in nahant) up to kens for service.

Ken's Haus helps me try to make the right economic decision so that if the alternatives include rebuilt components, an after-market brand part or some other money-saving approach, they don't hesitate to explain and/or recommend that if appropriate.

We were very fortunate to have been led to Ken's Haus for work on our '95 Volvo 850.

While getting my Volvo 2005 inspection sticker, I was told that 2 of 5 bulbs in one of my left tail light were out and it could not be fixed by simply replacing the bulb. I went to this site, found Ken's Haus listed. When I called Ken, he suggested I drive over now. When I did, he replaced the bulbs in minutes and only charged me the cost of the bulbs $3.00. I'll be bringing all my business to him going forward. Just found my new favorite mechanic for my 2005 Volvo S80. Great service, honest, and reasonably priced!

Ken & Brian are two exceptional mechanics and extremely honest. The pricing is very fair and justified. You never have to worry if you are getting the best professional work. Don't hesitate to go there for a repair.
