They make an effort to find less expensive parts and will use used parts when appropriate. Sally, the customer service rep., is a pleasure to deal with and will go to the mechanics for answers to questions she is not sure of. They have never proposed work that didn't need to be done or wouldn't help from a maintenance standpoint. I like the convenience of being able to leave the car at night, using a key drop, for work the next day.

I have only been to these guys once, but I was blown away by their honesty. I previously went to a mechanic and they told me I need a head-gasket and that it was going to run $1000. I took my car there for a second opinion and they did the leg work and found a recall regarding the head gasket. I was blown away by this... This is the first time a mechanic went out of their way to be honest with me. I will definitely bring my cars back to them in the future. Not to mention they were pretty nice and easy to speak with.

I have been going to Jarmos for over 5 years. I trust Bill and the others and take my 3 cars that are out of warrantee to them for everything. It is really hard to find a mechanic you trust. When you find one, give theri name to your friends. I only wish they had a garage in St Louis where my son goes to school.

This is a great shop! The Jarmo's are really nice, honest, competent guys who do their best for you. They are completely trustworthy, and will always do their best with as little expense as possible. Thanks Bill and all of you!

These guys have nicely extended the life of my clunkers, are well trained and experienced. I've been using them for several cars for many years and have not been disappointed.

Bill & the Jarmo's crew were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. THESE GUYS GO ABOVE & BEYOND: I brought my Accord in for a steering issue, and also asked them to investigate a "mystery rumble" coming from the exhaust. They not only identified the issue (caused by a previous mechanic) but fixed it free of charge! What a great experience.

I have really enjoyed these guys as mechanics. They are straightforward and fair. I have been there several times now. Once to repair a tensioner & pulleys, another time I went in b/c my AC light was on, turned out the plug to the compressor had just fallen out. They7 charged me 1/2 labor, very reasonable. I have brought a few used cars to them for an exam. I brought one in that had been in a bad accident even though it had a clean carfax. A cpl days later I brought in a similar model, they told me they didn't even put it on the lift, that they could tell it was going to need a new transmission just by driving. They didn't charge me for the 2nd exam. Very friendly, very good guys. It appears to be a family business though I have never asked about it. They've taken the time to explain things to me when I've asked and overall I've had good experiences with them.
