First experience. Middle of winter and my car was leaking gasoline from underneath. Having no way of checking on the leak myself, I went to Mansfield Auto Care blind. The repair came to $13!!!! Could easily have been taken for hundreds given the circumstances. Since then, they have worked on every vehicle I've had- Chevy Malibu, SAABS,Toyota, Studebaker,Subaru, Chevy pickup. Always honest, polite, timely, truthful, nice. What more could you want. Have recommended this place to at least 12-15 people over the years and they all still use it. They must be doing something right!

Larry is THE best mechanic I have ever been too. The work
is always done on time, it's fixed right every time, and
the prices are very reasonable. I've never come away
feeling that I've been overcharged or misinformed about a
repair job. I trust Larry 100%, which isn't something too
many people can say about their mechanics.

I had a problem with a bearing on my van. Fearing, from past experience,
that this would be a $700 fix to replace the hub, I reluctantly took the van in,
knowing $700 was cheaper than losing the wheel on the highway! They said
they'd have it overnight and guaranteed it would be done by end-of-business
the following day. They let me know a rental car company that would pickup
from their site. So, I dropped off the van, got the rental, and returned home.
An hour later, they called to say that the van was done. It was a bearing that
could be replaced easily, so they did so for barely over $100. Now the van
runs great again.
When I picked up the van with my son, I commented that it's very rare to go
to a mechanic and walk away with a smile on your face and feeling good
about the visit.
BTW, the woman ahead of me when I dropped it off seemed to have a good
experience as well. The mechanic (owner?) was explaining exactly what the
issues were with her vehicle and letting her know that they could do the work
she'd asked, but it wasn't necessary... turning away money. Imagine!
Highly recommended.
