The mechanic John Goguen is well versed in the world of
Saabs. His father owned one of the first Saab dealerships
in New England, so the cars run through his blood. He not
only fixes them, but drives and loves Saabs as well.
Being that he specializes in the make, there are not many
problems that he has not come across. He takes his time and
is a perfectionist. The only challenge is that he is a one
man show and it can take some time to get your car
scheduled for repairs.
His repair bills are most definitely fair and he is not one
to gouge just because it is a Saab. You will not be
disappointed. Oh, no credit cards....Live within your means
and pay by check or cash.

This businessmen is a joke. Long story short, I just paid $218 for a battery. What..I know craziness. The owner is arrogant and ignorant and does not do honest work. He should be ashamed of himself.Had it towed to his place to fix and he claims he put in a new battery, I have no paperwork to prove it. Meanwhile it was still not working and I had to tow it to a dealer, who could really fix it. Which they did and I paid for. This joker then took me to court to get his $218 for a battery. I WOULD NEVER recommend him to anyone! Everyone be warned!!!!

Seasoned Saab mechanics are a disappearing breed - John the owner is a lifelong Saab mechanic and enthusiast. Saabs are not just another car - they are sophisticated and unique in many ways. I have a 2004 Saab with 210K miles and it's still a very reliable, performant, comfortable car FOR ME - I realize all may not like Saabs. I have had John fix many mechanical items and I trust his work, appreciate his approach, and I keep the car largely because I know I have a reliable Saab mechanic nearby. I have been through the Saab dealership experience before - this is a notch above. John has his own parts inventory and really is passionate about Saabs. Johns estimates and service write-ups are very involved with detail to attention. John's business location and used Saab inventory may not suit everyone, but I completely rely on John and trust his work and his advice. I find him to be a fair and reliable business person and technician that I am able to rely on. That's why I still drive and own a Saab - I would not do this on my own nor with an "we do everything" mechanic.

Best service ever. John is the expert. I have been doing business with the family since 1972. Absolutely knows Saab inside and out. Have owned six Saabs. Bought my first one from John’s dad in ‘72. Bought one of the first “99” models to be imported here. It was a red 1969 larger body larger than the old “96”Model. I currently own a 2004 9-5 Arc, a 2010 9-3 2.0T convertible, and a 2011 9-5 sedan. Always looking for a Saab because of John being the best.
