I had a very different experience from the previous reviewer.I worked for the federal government for many years and i have lived in many different states. So naturally,me and my family have visited many mechanics and dealerships to have our cars repaired.I retired 2 years ago and we live in Longmeadow.I was referred to them by my neighbor who also drives a german car. They are the most ethical, honest and competent mechanics i have met. They are very personable and i think one or both of them have degrees in mechanical engineering.I never write reviews but now i have more time to kill after i retired

They fixed the air-suspension on my 2009 Mercedes S500 at half the price of what other so-called experts wanted. My car drives like brand new again.Very competent people.

I am from Maine and last Friday i was on my way to Rochester NY to visit my daughter and my six year old grandson.I stopped at a rest stop on the I-90 near Springfield for some coffee and to use the bathroom but the car wouldn't restart All the lights were on but the car wouldn't start. Its Friday 4PM and away from home. The nearest Mercedes dealer was an hour away and they told me they wouldn't get on it until Monday.I goggled Mercedes repair and their name came up.They were literally 5 minutes away.AAA towed me there. They looked at it with a laptop and they said something like 'the immobilizer was on'.They had it running within 10 minutes.I was so thankful. The total bill was $70.00.I am a 71 year old woman and they treated me so well. They could have charged me $400.00 and i would gladly pay it but they didnt. I went on with my trip smiling
