I am biased because I have been a satisfied customer since 1978, now travel from NH even for routine service and can personally attest that even when I sometimes act like a dumb blonde they never treat me that way!! Both Joe and Mark have taught me a lot, listen carefully to what I have to say and always save the broken piece to show me and explain how/why it fits into the overall function of the vehicle. I always have a 'pre-inspection' with them and once was able to avoid a costly brake repair or a rejecton sticker from a NH inspection station because I was 'armed' with knowledge. They are honest, caring and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!!
