Jonah strikes me as exceptionally honest and conscientious. His rates are very reasonable. His shop ain't pretty - an old factory building with 4 or 5 bays. Outside, his building is surrounded with elderly cars in various states of repair. Sometimes he works alone, sometimes he has an assistant. He works mostly on older cars. At one point he told me that my 3-year old car was one of the very newest he works on. Many of my friends use Jonah for their cars. I have never heard anyone speak anything but praise and recommendations.

They're special is electrical and that's hard to find. the reason they aren't as timely as I'd like is because they are so busy. Nice guys to work with.

My 2007 Focus had me stranded with the battery light on (bad alternator) and DJ's was where I ended up after a few other shops turned me away. It was getting towards 5pm and very rainy, but I needed to get to the Berkshires. Didn't help that the power went out in the shop due to the storm. Although the alternator had to be delivered and installed the next day, DJ's made sure my car got fixed and was ready for me to pick up on my way back through on a Sunday. And it ended up being a cheaper fix than he had estimated! At 23 I'm lucky that this was my first real "car trouble," and Dan went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe place to wait for my ride, as well as bringing me my key on Sunday when they were closed.
