You want to talk to Brian. He's a "farm boy", with an "Aw- shucks" personality, and he can diagnose and fix just about anything, and we bring the darndest problems to him. I used to build race cars, so my level of expectations leaves dealership service departments in the dust. I'd put Brian on my pit crew any day! Moreover, he can explain what when wrong, why, and how he fixed it in a manner so my wife can understand and not feel that she's just being humored. Consequently, she does not hesitate to take any of our vehicles to Brian without bothering to ask me first. Ask Brian about his collection of antique tractors, or when he last went fishing, or how is son is doing. He'll remember to ask about your dog/cat/canary/flowerbed that you mentioned last time you were in.

I found Brian through the Car Talk website and was not disappointed. For 5 years he serviced all of my family's cars - Mazda MVP, Subaru Outback, Ford Explorer and RAV4 - with exceptional results. Most repairs were routine but, I had an intermittent problem with the Ford that gave us fits. There were several possible causes, and if a repair did not fix the problem, he did not charge me. He went above and beyond to research the problem and eventually resolved the issue. Brian was always fair, thorough and reasonable priced. In addition, he listened to my needs and was flexible in his approach - from 'let's do it first class' to 'I just need to get a few more months out of this car'. Unfortunately, I have changed jobs and no longer work within commuting distance or I would be going to Sha- nic still.

Brian Perry is a great mechanic. We take all our cars there, from my 62 TBird (yes 1962)to my wife's 08 Accord. Brian always takes the time to explain the work he will perform/has performed in an intelligent and easy to understand manner. He is low key, very competent, and easy to deal with. If you need a mechanic in Lakeville go see Brian, you'll be glad you did.
