This shop is owned by Paul Siegmund, who until recently was the mechanic at Falmouth Mutual, where for many years he gave wonderful, honest service.

Paul is a very friendly, qualified mechanic who did a great repair job in a very reasonable time and at the very reasonable price he quoted me. Though this is my first dealing with him, I am sure I will be a regular customer, and feel very fortunate to have finally found an accomplished, trustworthy auto mechanic. This confidence extends to his staff, as I have the impression he is very careful about his choice of employee. He has apparently brought his good reputation with him to his new business from the garage he previously worked at, a garage no longer recommended here at CarTalk; I saw several repeat customers while having my car repaired, all were very pleased to be doing business with him. I feel reassured having had Paul repair my car.

I dropped my Volvo off without notice in Paul's very busy shop, and he was able to squeeze in the time somehow to sort out the problem and get the car back to me in time to get to the airport to pick up the inlaws...

my girlfriend and I brought her honda crv in because there was a loud metal scraping noise coming from the drivers side front wheel, which I assumed was something bad with the brakes.we dropped it off and went about our business and nervously waited for paul to call.he called an hour or so later and said there was nothing wrong beyond some metal shield had gotten bent a little bit.he could easily have sold us the brake job that I was sure we needed, instead he just bent the thing back to where is was supposed to be and sent us on our way. I have since had him work on two other cars, and had the same level of service.excellent,I'd send my mother to him.

Hands down, the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. He is genuinely honest about his business and even helps me while I am out of town in Washington DC. He has turned me away before, told me there is nothing wrong with my car. If I had taken it to a dealership, I'm sure they would have found something wrong with it. I wish I could take this guy on the road with me or even to my new home in VA. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone who needs help with any type of vehicle.
