Since I am a physician I very much appreciate the way Ken takes a "medical history" of the problem and then uses the best principles of "physical diagnosis" to find and treat the problem. He has invested in all the latest diagnostic/ computer equipment so that he can deal with problems as well or better than new car dealers. Ken is smart, friendly and devoted to his craft. He personally oversees all the work done in his garage. Ken has been able to diagnose and treat problems with my Mazda as well as my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee that eluded car dealers for years. I have referred many friends and neighbors to him and all seem to agree with me that he is a wonderful mechanic.
