The Shop has been in business for over forty two years. It's located on Columbus Avenue, Boston and is accessible on both bus and train. They take all credit cards and checks and are flexible on the prices. The service is exceptional and friendly. They employees are all from the community and have been there as long as ten years. The average age of their employees is forty five and are well seasoned. They have excellent warranties.

I've been coming to this shop for years. They always treat me with respect and honesty. They have excellent mechanics working and they have the best prices. They are located at a nearby T stop which I use to take to work and usually pickup later that day. I highly recommend them.

Seth Adler runs the place like the military - always available, very organized, and a little militant. Recommendation - Don't cross the yellow chain. His hours of operation are incredible! He opens at 6:30am on a Saturday and he's the one there working on cars and doing inspections. I have never had someone spend so much time explaining all of the details to me. We've taken two cars to him and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He also does insurance and state inspections very quickly.

I've been bringing my cars to Seth for about 5 years now and have never been disappointed. He and his employees have been excellent to work with and exceedingly professional. He's very community minded and the letters, press and awards that hang in the waiting area attest to his commitment to his community, employees and customers. I highly recommend this shop!

I don't know if these reviews were written by the shop owner's cousin or SIDE CHICK but whatever the case maybe this has to be the WORST autobody in the New England area. They've been in business for over 30 yrs and after spending over $1000 till today the car still has the same problems....Disrespectful and beligerant to say the least. It's probably the fact that they don't know what the they're doing! As a good samaritan I'm advising you to NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP FOR ANY REASON!!!!!!. you will probably end up with the police having to mediate just like in my case.BEWARE!!!!

I gave this place two tries. The first time, I needed a muffler repair. Seems logical that I would try the muffler repair shop down the street from my house, right? I brought my old Saab in and they quoted me nearly $800 for the work. The prior garage I had been to had a quote hundreds less. At the time I was in college, so I tried a third shop, which sent me to a custom muffler place that was able to repair - not replace - the muffler for a grand total of $40. $40 vs $800? Yup, that's how badly these guys will try to rip you off. Years later I figured I'd give them another shot and rented a UHaul from them for the day. Same miserable experience. The owner's son was rude from start to finish and tried to rip me off when I returned. When I called him on it he got very in my face and a screaming argument ensued. Complete scam artists. Avoid these guys at all costs.
