I've rolled my '97 Subie into Wayne and Ken's place about 5
times now... they're honest, hardworking, reliable guys.
They always take time to explain what they're doing. They
never try to screw you over the way Sears or Pep Boys will.
It's obvious they love what they do.

Wayne is great. He's honest and never does work that isn't
needed and, in fact, gives me suggestions or alternatives
to save money. And, as a woman, he doesn't talk down to me.

Wayne treats women with respect. He never talks down to
his customers and he always explains what he is doing to
your car and gives options when he can. I don't go
anywhere else.

We have had nothing but good experiences bringing our car to
Wayne over the past 4 years, be it for oil changes or larger
repairs.

I went to Wayne's specifically due to his reviews though I live 20 to 30 minutes away. Long story short, my car made a not-so-great sound, that was getting worse by the day. I dreaded going to a mechanic because of getting screwed, and also the bill itself. Now that I have Wayne as my new mechanic, I won't wait so long to see a mechanic --not only did he kindly diagnose my problem, he spent time explaining what had happened and also didn't force me to go an expensive route but gave me strong advice on what to do next. (no intimidation at all). As a woman, I've had this happen before, especially by pushier sales-type people. Wayne is not that. He was kind and new what he was doing. I look forward to working with him again (well, don't want problems with my car but now I have a mechanic I can trust!)
