These guys are as competent as any mechanic out there and always give a fair and accurate assessment of the problem at a very reasonable price. I would never go anywhere else.

A friend recommended this place to me; they kept her old
car running well for years. I know nothing about cars (and
am not interested) and really need to trust the mechanic.
(My 4s in the review are mostly because I don't know enough
to give 5s, but I bet in most cases they'd be 5s.) Doug and
Jimmie are efficient and far as I can tell, honest. They
certainly don't push for repairs; for example, they told me
I'd need x in 6 months but when 6 months passed, they said
nope, still ok, don't need x yet. I'm glad they're here and
glad my friend recommended them!

The guys always have cars to fix, but they work in customers
as befits the need. They remind me so much of Click and
Clack with their unfailing good nature and humor, but they
know their stuff!
If there is a serious problem, they'll tell you; if there is
no problem, they'll tell you that, too! They'll save your
pocketbook when they can - very fair treatment! AND they are
located on block from public transportation, or the
Minuteman Bike/Pedestrian path, so dropping off and picking
up is easy.
