Charlie Jones and his troops operate out of a modern, clean shop. There is virtually no turnover in personnel, which speaks volumes to me. They have maintained our 12-year-old Porsche 944 and 11-year-old Mercedes 300E ever since I discovered Jones's shop six years ago. Both cars are just about trouble-free, primarily because Jones and his people are good at diagnosing symptoms BEFORE something breaks. I've checked off a bunch of foreign stuff in your quiz because that's their schtick, but I've seen them work on domestic iron as well. Honest, trustworthy, fairly priced.

We have been in business for almost twenty years and have the ability to work on just about anything from the small Mini Cooper to the Big Hummer. We have a vast network of contats that can help us if we have trouble finding the fix to your problem. We stay busy but always have time to help out someone on the road, or smeone who is has jut one car and can not be without for long. We specialize in the european segment.

One of the first things I look at in a shop is the cleanliness. They keep a clean shop. They are courteous. They are competent. A great experience as one can have when getting a car repaired.

They dealt with a warranty issue and solved the problems reasonably, though costly. So far so good.

I've been with these guys since I was fresh out of college and I've been out of college a long time. I've taken in no particular order a Porsche, BMW, Saab, Lexus, Audi, and a Chevy Suburban to them in this time. After buying a BMW M3 I took it in for a 30k service and told them I wanted to change the shocks as they were beyond the BMW suggested range in age. When I picked the car up they had not installed the shocks, when I asked why I was told they tested them and then called BMW USA tech support and the rep verified their findings. But had made a note to look at them every oil service. Saving me a bunch of money that could of easily been made by someone less trustworthy. If you get an invoice it's correct and work is done the same. If I could add more than five stars I would.
