I have been practically banned from almost all Chevy
dealers in my city of residence. I drive about 15 miles
outside of town to get to these folks. They have fixed
every problem right the first time, and sometimes even turn
down requests maintenance because they say I'm just being
too picky and I need to just save my money.
The prices are definitely reflective of dealership prices,
but I consider this a place where you get what you pay for.
I have some routine repairs done at a closer shop (which I
also really like) and use this dealership for more
extensive or perplexing repairs.
I have never purchased a car from Sutherland, but my car
broke down once on a Saturday (on my way to a wedding) when
the service department was closed and the sales department
loaned me a used car to drive for the weekend.
