Along with the work that you ask them to do they inspect the car and let you know of anything that might be wrong or should be corrected. They present the information in a low pressure way and let you decide what and when something should be done. They also offer advice freely and do not seem to be looking for problems just to make a buck, in fact they told me about a dirty air filter and wipers just because they knew I would want to replace them myself. I have other friend that have taken their vehicles in for service and we agree that we all get the same kind of service.

Both times I've taken my car to New Concept they underestimated the time it would take to make the repairs. In one case, it took two days longer than anticipated. But, they have loaner cars...and once the car was ready, what needed to be fixed WAS fixed. And the owner of the business is such a nice guy, it's hard to be angry with him.

I have found that the people at this repair business are honest and competent. Without reservation, I would recommend this establishment.

I started using this shop when a dealership told me I had to have expensive transmission repair. Paul Rupp and his mechanics correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it for much less. Their mechanics go to annual training sessions, the shop keeps current on all manuals and service bulletins, and they keep records of all work done as well as regularly scheduled future service. There have been times when repairs have taken longer than anticipated, but usually because of additional work that was needed that wasn't evident at first. They always inform me what the price will be and if additional work is needed, they call me and we discuss the options. My wife takes her 1999 Blazer there and they have kept it in top shape! Their prices are a little higher than some of the chain shops, but their highly trained staff have kept my vehicles running for many years. Any time there has been a problem after the work was done, which is rare, they are quick to correct what was needed with no hassle. Great shop!
