All the staff and mechanics are great to deal with. They can usually nail the problem from your explanation. I've never had to take a repair back again. They are great.

This repair shop has always gone well above and beyond what was expected including working very late in the evening to get my car back (as opposed to making me pick it up in the morning). They have always been very honest and explain in great detail the reasons why there were more parts needed to keep the car on the road. I have never had a break down from any repair and would recommend them highly.

I moved to lawrence one june and had to immediately depart for a 10 day road trip. Several days before leaving I noticed my car leaking some liquid, and I knew I needed to have it checked before heading out of town. Not knowing anyone, I called the dealership to make an appointment for repairs. They were too busy, but recommended Danny Fox. I called Danny's shop, and he,too, was busy and not in need of any more customers. However, he sympathetically listened to my plight, and then agreed to look at my car. He found a rusted radiator plug that was causing the leak; he repaired the car and I was soon on my way. Since that time I have had several cars in to Danny's shop, sometimes with obvious problems, other times with "mystery" problems that I attempt to diagnose. The mechanics always find out what the real problem is, and never fix anything that isn't "broken." It is quite reassuring to have a mechanic I trust, and I always recommend him to anyone in need of automobile repair.

They did a front brake job on My 2001 Saturn I left it at 7am they called me at 9am and told me it was done. Another time my wife ran the car out of gas some wrecker driver poured a couple gallons of gas in and pumped the gas to get it started it didnt start so we towed it to lawrence auto diaginostics that the next day they called me and told me to pick it up I asked them for the bill they told me no charge they could not verify the problem. very honest

On the occasions where I have taken my '96 Ford Ranger to Lawrence Auto Diagnostics I have found their staff to be knowledgeable and helpful at both diagnosing my car problems as well as explaining them to me. They do good work, and the work is done in timely manner. I have suggested Lawrence Auto Diagnostics to several of my friends, and they have had similar experiences.

A dealer recommended $450 in repairs (alignment and brake job) and that we needed to replace tires, because they are cupped. We then went to Lawrence Auto Diagnostics for a second opinion. They told us that only the tires were causing the problem, and that we need neither an alignment nor a brake job. No charge, friendly service, a great place. When we actually do need service we'll be back.

This shop is great. I haven't had too many problems for them to fix, but I always go there for oil/filter changes, and they are fast, polite, and reasonable. I've had my car checked out there before driving cross-country on several occasions, and most of the time they say everything is fine, rather than finding something expensive to "fix" (and my car always HAS been fine when they say it is!). They are really good about explaining what is going on with the car, showing you the part if possible.
